Digitas will take the entire ninth floor and a portion of the10th floor in a 15-year lease starting in January 2009. The termsor price of the lease were not disclosed. Digitas was representedby Joseph Thanhauser of Byrnam Wood LLC and John Hannigan of ChoycePeterson. RFR Realty was represented by portfolio directorsMargaret Carlson and Joseph Artusa.

Carlson says, in a statement, "the building's central businessdistrict location combined with a great amenity package and newproperty renovations, offered Digitas the best match of availableoptions in the market." Stamford Plaza is centrally located inStamford, within a stone's throw of Interstate-95.

RFR Realty holds a seven-building class A office portfolio inStamford. The properties include the four Stamford Plazabuildings--One, Two, Three and Four Stamford Plaza--177 Broad St.,300 Atlantic St. and Canterbury Green.
