Developers of the business park, identified as RP TechnologyDevelopment Group, include Lang Investments' Robert Gerbitz andGeorge B. Erwin III. Briohn Building Corp. and Zilber Ltd. are alsopartners.

The venture plans to build up to five office properties,including the RedPrairie building, reportedly totaling about310,000 sf. Gerbitz could not be reached for comment. Thespokeswoman tells GlobeSt.com that the new building willaccommodate up to 500 employees. "We're a growing company, andsplit between two buildings as we are now, it's important to us tofind a location to consolidate into one site," he says. Thespokeswoman refused to comment on how much space the companycurrently occupies in Brookfield.

The four-story RedPrairie building will reportedly be expandableto 180,000 sf. The company had reportedly been considering otherlocations to expand, including Milwaukee, where former CEO JohnJazwiec lives. He resigned in 2007. Current CEO Michael Mayoraslives in Delafield. "Simply put, we find this to be the bestbalance of location, amenities and cost," Mayoras said in astatement.
