ARA's National StudentHousing team has completed more than $1 billion in sales nationallyin the past five years.

WASHINGTON, DC-David Crowe is the new chief economist for theNational Association of Home Builders. Officially taking theposition on Nov. 17, he succeeds David Seiders, who is retiringafter holding that post for the past 20-plus years. Crowe has beenthe locally based organization's senior staff vice president forregulatory and housing policy since 2002. He joined NAHB in 1989,after serving as the deputy director for the Division of Housingand Demographic Analysis in HUD's Office of Economic Affairs.
