The tenant representation firm has local and national clients,including tenants in the banking and pharmaceutical industries,Fisher says. He would not divulge the name of the clients.
A 28-year veteran of both the brokerage and tenantrepresentation sides of the industry, Fisher says he's excited toextend his reach and relationships across the country with theBoston firm. "This will give us a bigger platform," he says.
Fortunately, he says, the local Kansas City market isn't seeingwide fluctuations in the markets as compared to the coasts. "We'renever a boom or bust market, we stay fairly consistent," hesays.
