The tenant representation firm has local and national clients, including tenants in the banking and pharmaceutical industries, Fisher says. He would not divulge the name of the clients.
A 28-year veteran of both the brokerage and tenant representation sides of the industry, Fisher says he's excited to extend his reach and relationships across the country with the Boston firm. "This will give us a bigger platform," he says.
Fortunately, he says, the local Kansas City market isn't seeing wide fluctuations in the markets as compared to the coasts. "We're never a boom or bust market, we stay fairly consistent," he says.
Bill Goade, CEO with Cresa, said in a statement that the merger with Fisher fits. "The team…gives us a solid client base to build upon in Kansas City," Goade said. The tenant rep firm has 44 offices in the US and five in Canada, and partners with Atisreal for international commercial real estate solutions.
