PinnacleAIS president Ryan Sitton tells GlobeSt.com that theland at Allen-Genoa and Hernandez roads was bought about six monthsago, with groundbreaking originally set for mid-September on thefirst phase--a 20,000-sf to 30,000-sf office building. "But, we gottoo big for the building we'd originally planned," Sitttonexplains. "We needed to pull back to rethink our campus strategy aswell as an interim solution."

The interim solution will be a one- to two-year lease for nearly10,000 sf at an office building near Ellington Field, which isn'ttoo far from PinnacleAIS' corporate campus site. Sitton declined todiscuss specifics of the lease transaction, noting that nothing hasbeen finalized as yet.

One thing for sure, however, is the 5,000 sf of flex space at2530 Garden St. in Pearland, TX is now too small for the 60full-time employees. "Not all of them office here, many are atclient sites," Sitton says, "but it's still cramped. We went fromone employee to 60 in about two years."
