Globe Express Service Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Ruiyuan Logistics Co.is leasing roughly 139,000 sf and 128,000 sf, respectively. Thisspace will serve as a global distribution center for GlobeExpress.
The AMB Beilun Port Distribution Center began construction in2007. When completed it will be roughly 400,000 sf.
