According to LaPier, Bechtel did consider other buildings. It eventually decided to stay put. It is the sole occupant of this complex. Frederick County has a 10.4% direct vacancy rate, according to Q3 statistics by GVA Advantis. Asking rates for class A space are $26.50 per sf.
