"This location is in proximity to our current offices andwarehouses, allowing minimal disruption to our operations," saysDavid Pipes, president of WEG Electric, adding that the largeroffice and warehouse space will accommodate its continued growth inthe US.

Duluth is located in the massive Northeast Atlanta industrialsubmarket, which totals more than 141 million sf of inventory inmore than 1,800 buildings. Vacancy in the submarket is 10.2%through the third quarter, slightly higher than the 9% areawideaverage, according to Cushman & Wakefield.
