PHILADELPHIA-After serving as outside counsel to Dranoff since its inception, David Lebor has officially joined the company's senior management team as chief administrative officer and general counsel. In his new position, Mr. Lebor will provide in-house legal services to the locally based company and its affiliates, including overseeing and advising all legal administrative functions, selecting and supervising outside counsel, evaluating new projects and negotiating transactions. He has 25 years of experience in real estate law, including serving as a partner with Blank Rome LLP.
