A total of 75% of voters responded that it does.David Sobelman, executive vice president of Calkain Companies Inc.in Tampa and a member of Real Estate Florida's editorial advisoryboard, tells GlobeSt.com about the changes he thinks the industrymay see as a result of the presidential election.
"I don't think the election will have an impact on our industryin the near term. I think it will take a couple of years for thenew policies to be instituted, and then we'll see some change.
