The luxury tower boasts one bedroom lofts, two, three and fourbedroom condominiums and penthouses; all with sound proof walls.The price per unit will run from $210,000 to $2 million. The goalis to market the property as a vacation home. Ayendy Marte of GroupG&S says in a statement, "The country's economic growth isideal for investing in Juan Dolio,…[it is] a tremendous value foranyone seeking that 'perfect' vacation home."
The tower's amenities include a pool, Jacuzzi, gym, Wi-Fi, acommercial and retail area, restaurants and a boutique spa. LasArenas is 15 minutes from the Americas International Airport androughly 40 minutes outside Santo Domingo.
The tower was designed by Jorge Mesa to have a panoramic view ofthe beach and vegetation. The tower will give 80% of the residentsa view of the beach.
