Developed in partnership by Crimson Partners and O'Connor North American Property Partners, Dulles Station is an ambitious, 63-acre mixed-use project that is currently under construction. It will include 993 multifamily units, 1.2 million square feet of class A office space, 58,000 square feet of retail and restaurant, and two upscale hotels. The 190,869-square-foot building Strayer will be occupying is located at the entry point of the development off of Sunrise Valley Dr. The college will be in the top three floors--floors four through six--plus 5,000 square feet on the first floor.

Jeff Roman and Mike Pepper with CB Richard Ellis represented the building's owner. Lou Christopher of Cushman & Wakefield represented Strayer Education.
