The review focuses on permission to remove the Salt RiverProject's electrical substation from the site at Scottsdale andCamelback roads. The Scottsdale development company, led by MarkMadkour, is planning to cover the costs for a new substation at68th Street and Indian School Road, which needs to be rezoned forthat use.
Madkour tells GlobeSt.com the continuance was requested becauseof design issues that need to be completed before the project ispresented to city council. "We're in final meetings to geteverything clarified," he says.
