"This project had many challenging obstacles to overcome duringthe design/permit approval process," said Phil Gonzalez, projectmanager for Principle Construction. "But in the end PrincipleConstruction was able to push the project through due to teamworkand owner's open-mindness, positive attitude anddetermination."
Suncraft is a premier printer, which in 2007 printed anddelivered more than one billion pieces. Gonzalez acted as ProjectManager for Principle Construction Corp. on the project and HarrisArchitects provided architectural services. The work also brought abaler room, break room, worker room and shipping office to theproperty. The building was designed to have the capability toaccommodate four interior loading docks.
