In another new assignment, to the west on Route 31 in WashingtonTwp., Warren County, Silbert is pre-leasing the commercialcomponent of the Village Shoppes at Hawk Pointe, being developed inconjunction with the highly regarded championship Hawk Point golfcourse and luxury residential community. An under-construction,65,000-square-foot ShopRite supermarket is nearing completion atthe site, and the 130,000-square-foot Village Shoppes will alsoinclude multiple retail pads and satellite retail space.

And in Somerset County, as managing agent for the properties,Silbert is marketing the 36,000-square-foot Corner Village inWarren Twp., slated for a December opening, and Franklin Commons aMXD of 67,000 square feet including 21,000 square feet of medicaloffice condos in Franklin Twp. The retail is anchored by a CVSPharmacy and JP Morgan Chase Bank, and the phase-two medical isslated to open in April 2009.
