Otherclients include academic and healthcare centers, institutionalpublic entities, private developers, owners, contractors,subcontractors, design and engineering firms and sureties.

Along with Ross, Cohen, Silverman and Dyer, all constructionattorneys, partners in the new construction law group include MarkCanizio, Michael Chartan, Kenneth Lazaruk and John Wojak Jr.,construction attorneys; and Dennis Konner, real estate attorney.The team also includes special counsel/associates Jose Aquino,Lawrence Chiarelli, Michael Davis, Meghan DiPerna, CharlesFastenberg, Michael Hogan, James Lotito, Brian Markowitz andJessica Singh, construction attorneys; and Joseph Mascia and JonPopin, real estate attorneys.
