U-Store-It officials did not comment for the article. Sources say the 8,500-square-foot office in Downtown Cleveland will be vacated Dec. 31 when employment agreements with two executives will not be renewed, according to regulatory filings.
The company, which went public in 2004, owns 394 facilities totaling 25.4-million square feet. During its third quarter, FFO increased 18.7%, to $16.3 million, while net income came in at $4 million compared to a loss of $4.1 million during the same year-ago period.
