Sankyu Inc. took about 184,600 square feet at the facility. Thecompany, which is based in Tokyo, also currently leasesapproximately 54,000 square feet from ProLogis at ProLogis ParcAmagasaki.
The other tenant to sign on for space at the facility isKintetsu World Express, which took about 64,500 square feet. KWE,also based in Tokyo, takes 209,000 square feet throughout theProLogis portfolio across Japan, China and the US.
ProLogis Parc Osaka II has eight stories, totaling 1.8-millionsquare feet. Its other tenants include Daikin Industries,Hamakyorex, Flobal Corp. and Vantec Corp.
