Curt Stanton, principal and Ryan Bertin, associate withPaine/Wetzel-Oncor International represented Emerson in theseven-year lease transaction at 110 Quarry Park Blvd. Stanton saysthe company is consolidating five different offices throughoutCalgary into this location, which will open in February 2010. "Thelease rates for office in the area is in the low $20s, net," hetells GlobeSt.com.

The tenant joins others that have signed on to occupy officebuildings in the park, such as Jacobs Engineering and Cardell,which will also be the developer of many of the residential homes.Remington began the project in 2006 and is now in phase one,engaged in the development of up to 15 low-rise office buildings,some build-to-suit and some spec, as well as abundant trails andgreen space.

Tenants at the three North Campus buildings, totaling 269,000square feet, include AMEC going into the Building C and AtheneCorporate Services going into Building B. Cardell is going intoBuilding A; these are to be finished in 2009. The South Campusfeatures the build-to-suit properties, totaling 430,000 squarefeet. Another building, Quarry Park West, will also be finished in2009.
