Truex, who has 25 years in the industry, was an SVP in theSeattle office of Staubach Co. prior to joining Colliers in 2004.Powers, the one-time mayor of Spokane, WA, joined Colliers inJanuary 2007. Prior to that, he was chief executive of the economicdevelopment council serving Seattle and King County. Neither Truexnot Powers was immediately available Wednesday morning forcomment.
