JLL's PDS group provides services such as agency leasing,corporate finance, facility management, energy and sustainability,property management and tenant representation. Hulbert has 22 yearsexperience in project and development services, holds a CaliforniaReal Estate Sales License and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Hehas lead teams doing work for clients such as Deloitte, DolbyLaboratories, Goodwin Proctor LLP, Nokia and Sun Microsystems. Hewill oversee PDS in the Northwest from JLL's Silicon Valleyoffice.

Hulbert came to JLL in April 2007. Immediately prior, Hulbertwas an account manager at Liberty-Greenfield Real Estate Advisorswhere he worked with corporate clients' senior management teams todevelop and implement their real estate strategy. In previousyears, Hulbert was the director of business development at DPRConstruction and also managed lab, renovation, interiors, and newconstruction projects for both DPR and Dinwiddie Construction (nowHathaway-Dinwiddie). His clients at DPR and Dinwiddie includedHyatt Hotels, Sares Regis, Seagate Technologies, StanfordUniversity, Sun Microsystems and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich &Rosati.
