JLL's PDS group provides services such as agency leasing, corporate finance, facility management, energy and sustainability, property management and tenant representation. Hulbert has 22 years experience in project and development services, holds a California Real Estate Sales License and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He has lead teams doing work for clients such as Deloitte, Dolby Laboratories, Goodwin Proctor LLP, Nokia and Sun Microsystems. He will oversee PDS in the Northwest from JLL's Silicon Valley office.

Hulbert came to JLL in April 2007. Immediately prior, Hulbert was an account manager at Liberty-Greenfield Real Estate Advisors where he worked with corporate clients' senior management teams to develop and implement their real estate strategy. In previous years, Hulbert was the director of business development at DPR Construction and also managed lab, renovation, interiors, and new construction projects for both DPR and Dinwiddie Construction (now Hathaway-Dinwiddie). His clients at DPR and Dinwiddie included Hyatt Hotels, Sares Regis, Seagate Technologies, Stanford University, Sun Microsystems and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
