Developers are completing LEED certification for the building, which broke ground in February 2007, and are seeking a "Certified" rating. Designed by Ronald Frink Architects, the building is within walking distance of the 325,000-square-foot Promenade Shops at Dos Lagos.
Greg Sanders of Snyder Langston was project manager for construction of the office building. David Mudgett, principal with Timberline Real Estate, notes that the building came in on time and on budget, "which is an especially difficult task to accomplish in today's market," Mudgett points out.
