The property is located at 5720 Stoneridge Dr. in Pleasanton. Waters Technologies has relocated to the building from 6746 Sierra Ct. in Dublin, CA. The value of the lease is approximately $2 million, one local industry source tells GlobeSt.com, which would work out to just under $1.30 per sf per month. The brokers involved could not be reached for confirmation.
Water Technologies manufactures instruments and consumables used in a broad range of industries to measure the chemical, physical and biological composition of materials. Its new leasehold will provide newer, larger training rooms and more demonstration labs in an easily accessible location. Steve McDonough, general manager of the company's western business operations, says the goal of the move was to "our image and presence on the West Coast."
