In the largest of the three leases, KVA Audio Visual Services,which provides audiovisual services to numerous clients under thename AV Workshop, signed a 12-year, 7,839-square-foot lease forspace on the third floor. KVA is set to move into the space earlynext year, according to a release. The company is currently locatedat 527 W. 34th St., a building that has been slated for demolitionas part of the Hudson Yards revitalization plan. A Cushman &Wakefield team of Michael Gambino and Michael Burgio representedKVA.
Ai Media Group, a digital advertising firm, inked a five-year,2,710-sf lease for space on the fourth floor. Terry Robinson ofPrudential Douglas Elliman represented the tenant. The company isset to move in this month.
Finally, WahlRich Group signed a four-year, 3,226-sf lease onthe second floor, relocating from the 15th floor. It will move tothe new space in January 2009.
