CORAL GABLES, FL-Flagler Real Estate Services LLC has signed DSVAir & Sea Inc. to a 57,733-square-foot lease for three years atAMB Beacon Centre, in Miami's Airport West industrial submarket.The firm has totaled nearly 400,000 square feet in leases sinceAugust, when Flagler signed InterportServices and B America Corp. to nearly 120,000 square feetthere.
Flagler's George Pino, vice president, and Jason Tresslar,senior associate, represented landlord AMB Property Corp. in thosetransactions, while Elizabeth Santos of CB Richard Ellisrepresented DSV. The deal is among one of the largest industrialleases signed within Airport West this year.
