PullThePlug is the largest tenant signed in the complex to date, Zack Wade, MRP senior vice president, tells GlobeSt.com. MRP Realty grabbed two leases for the center in Building B, signing ODIN Technologies recently with a 10,093-square-foot lease, as well as MCW Solutions for 6,434 square feet.

The center, which is located within Loudoun County's research and technology corridor--close to AOL and Verizon--delivered about four months ago. Asking rate at the center ranges from $13.50 per square foot to $16 per square foot, depending on how extensive the TI is, Wade says. The park is now 32% leased.

Leasing velocity in this submarket has slowed, Wade reports. Still, though, he says, "we are chipping away at it." MRP is also delivering two 100,000 square feet of spec office buildings at a 40-acre mixed-use project in Loudoun County called Lakeview at University Center. The company is negotiating some 17,000 square feet of space there right now and speaking with several other prospects, he says.
