PullThePlug is the largest tenant signed in the complex to date,Zack Wade, MRP senior vice president, tells GlobeSt.com. MRP Realtygrabbed two leases for the center in Building B, signing ODINTechnologies recently with a 10,093-square-foot lease, as well asMCW Solutions for 6,434 square feet.

The center, which is located within Loudoun County's researchand technology corridor--close to AOL and Verizon--delivered aboutfour months ago. Asking rate at the center ranges from $13.50 persquare foot to $16 per square foot, depending on how extensive theTI is, Wade says. The park is now 32% leased.

Leasing velocity in this submarket has slowed, Wade reports.Still, though, he says, "we are chipping away at it." MRP is alsodelivering two 100,000 square feet of spec office buildings at a40-acre mixed-use project in Loudoun County called Lakeview atUniversity Center. The company is negotiating some 17,000 squarefeet of space there right now and speaking with several otherprospects, he says.
