Charges Expected in Deutsche Bank Fire

NEW YORK CITY-The Manhattan D.A. is expected to announce charges against three construction supervisors.

Morgenthau is expected not to charge either the city or Bovis Lend Lease, the general contractor on the dismantling of the contaminated 41-story tower at 130 Liberty St., according to The New York Times. Two firefighters were killed in the August 18, 2007 blaze.
