Both of the office buildings are six stories totaling approximately 122,000 square feet. Charles Nulsen III, president of WPC, tells GlobeSt.com the asking rate for the remaining space is $23.50 per square feet. Despite the slowing economy and leasing activity in the area, he is anticipating 100% occupancy by mid-summer.
