The lease on the class A space at 5956 Sherry Lane in North Dallas commences in summer 2009.
The GSA release says until that space is ready, Bush will work from 5,328 square feet in the 184,793-square-foot Berkshire at Preston Center, a class A office building, located nearby at 5950 Berkshire Lane. The short-term lease began this week at a quoted rate of $34.71 per sf.
The release notes that both leases include additional office space for the U.S. Secret Service detail, with the cost for that space being reimbursed by the Department of Homeland Security.
