The building is owned by San Francisco-based Bristol Group. With this latest lease, the six-story 412,000-square-foot building is now 73% occupied. David Alperstein and William Hill of Jones Lang LaSalle's Government Investor Services group represented Bristol Group, while Henry Chapman of CB Richard Ellis represented GSA. Jones Lang LaSalle did not return a call to GlobeSt.com in time for publication.

Located just north of Capitol Hill and Union Station at 131 M St., One NoMa counts the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the US Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms among its tenants. Indeed, the EEOC is the largest occupant in the space, with a 144,000 square foot lease that it signed last year. BATF occupies about 60,000 square feet.
