The new office, which Massey expects will be a permanentlocation, is situated at the intersection of Routes 3 and 17. Ownedby Meadows Office LLC, the 285,000-square-foot class A buildingcomes loaded with on-site amenities from a full cafeteria andmassage therapist to a lobby shop. "Every time we've gone into amarket, we've started with something small and then grown itorganically," says Massey. "We expect the same thing to occur inNew Jersey."
