Landlord Liberty Property Trust, which has its New Jersey office in this Burlington County community, was represented in-house. Terms and length of the lease were not disclosed. The owner and leasor did not respond to GlobeSt.com inquiries by deadline.
The just-leased space is equally divided between the two adjacent buildings, which are within Liberty Property Trust's Marlton Crossing Office Park at the intersection of Route 73 and Centre Blvd. Other tenants currently in the park include the construction consulting firm Hill International, Hartford Insurance, Zurich Insurance and a number of other medical users.
Formed in 1998, Continuum is a physician-focused organization that supports the growth of medical practices.
