The 165,454-square-foot Castleton Shopping Center borders Interstate 465 and 86th Street and includes Golfsmith and Haverty's as retailers. It is located across from the recently renovated Castleton Square Mall, which features retailers such as H&M, Borders Books & Music, The Disney Store, Macy's, Von Maur and AMC Theatres.
Dallas-based Dave & Buster's has been operating facilities since 1982. The company now operates 48 locations across the US, with international license agreements in Mexico and the Middle East.
Metrick and Patrick Owens represented Dave & Buster's while McKinley Inc. negotiated on part of Castleton Shopping Center LLC.
