Michael Mixer, Colliers Parrish International's senior vice president and a board member says Campbell was selected for his leadership ability, industry expertise and his specific knowledge of the Southern Nevada real estate market. "Campbell will provide the fiscal oversight and comprehensive management coordination that is necessary to guide the company as it responds to the dynamic changes in the local real estate economy," he said.

Campbell holds a Nevada real estate license and is co-founder of the Nevada Sales and Marketing Council. Prior to Lennar, Campbell was managing partner of First Residential RE Services and vice president/division manager of Coleman Construction and Coleman Homes in Nevada and California. Campbell was not immediately available Tuesday afternoon for comment.

Colliers commercial real estate brokerage franchise includes 293 offices in 61 countries. The chain manages more than 868 million square feet of commercial property and reported annual revenue in excess of $2 billion.

In other Las Vegas brokerage news, NAI Las Vegas recently named Art Carll a senior vice president and leader of its newly formed investment services group. Carll comes to NAI from Prudential Commercial Real Estate Services, for which he oversaw the acquisition and integration of IPG Commercial, a locally based industrial brokerage house.
