Mark Hepsworth, presidentof Interactive Data's institutional business, tells GlobeSt.com,"The new office space at 100 Church will accommodate more than 200employees from our Pricing and Reference Data business. We willcontinue to maintain our offices at 100 William." The 212 employeesrelocating from Midtown in November include 85 evaluators,according to a release.
Asking rents at 100 Church, currently undergoing a capitalimprovement program, range from $48 to $53 per square foot. Othertenants there include Niche Media, Regus HQ, New York City LawDepartment and CCA.
