Park, who has had 15 years of financing experience and who justleft Comerica Bank-Texas, will operate out of offices at 127 W.Brandon Ave. in San Antonio. Keith T. Van Arsdale, BMC Capital'spresident and CEO tells the new office means thecompany has a presence in Texas' four major cities. In addition toits headquarters office in Dallas and the just-opened San Antoniooffice, BMC Capital has offices in Houston and Austin.

Meanwhile, Hatten, another 15-year veteran who also has a strongbanking background, is working with colleague Ryan Russell at 8655E. Via De Ventura in Scottsdale. Van Arsdale says the new Arizonaoffice will complement BMC Capital's already existing one inPhoenix. "Pat and Ryan are focusing on owner-user loans as well asinvestment loans," he adds. "The guys in Phoenix mainly focus oninvestment property."

BMC Capital's focus is CRE loans between $500,000 and $5million, an area that has seen a great deal of activity in recentmonths as larger deals are parked on the sidelines. Van Arsdalesays, for example, that Hatten and Russell are already in theprocess of closing their first loan on a medical officebuilding.
