Groundbreaking is scheduled for spring of 2010. The office is expected to deliver in summer 2001. Banner Life was represented by Tom Seybold of Strategic Project Solutions and Robb Johnson, Jim Cahill and Pete Briskman of Jones Lang LaSalle.

Tom Natelli, CEO of Natelli Communities tells GlobeSt.com that the Banner Life project is the second major development in it Urbana park.Fannie Mae has a data center of roughly 230,000 square feet already running in the park. All together, he said, Natelli has received approval for a total build-out of 1.2 million square feet of office and 600,000 square feet of retail. Banner Life's new office building will be LEED certified.
