Starting today, Coyle has purview over Colliers' Sacramento and Roseville offices. A Sacramento native, he will be tasked with growing the local office by expanding existing client relationships as well as adding new clients drawn to Colliers service offerings. In addition, Coyle is responsible for attracting top real estate professionals to the Colliers team.
"I was a broker for 10 years and I loved it and then I had an opportunity to go work for a client, Dollar Tree Stores, and so I helped take that company public and loved every minute of it," Coyle tells GlobeSt.com. "When I was worn out of traveling the country [for Dollar tree] I seized a great opportunity to join Granite Bay and we did a number of successful projects. But what I love is doing deals, developing a large network of brokers and being closer to home, and this is allowing me to do that. My goal is to make them the predominate brokerage firm here in Sacramento."
Colliers International is one of the largest commercial real estate brokerage companies in the world with approximately 290 offices in 61 countries. The Sacramento and Roseville office of Colliers International are owned by Colliers Macaulay Nicolls Inc., the largest member firm of Colliers International Property Consultants Inc., a.ka. Colliers International. CMN President Craig Robbins says Coyle's knowledge of the Sacramento market and his diverse background will be an asset to the company.
