Buildings include One Harrison Park, a 55,000-square-foot office building on Harrison Oaks Boulevard in Cary, and two office buildings in Durham: the Meridian Building, at 2530 Meridian Parkway near Duke University, and Headquarters Park at 2222 Chapel Hill Nelson Highway. Management will be handled through PPM Global's Raleigh office.
PPM Global, established in 2005, now manages 20 properties nationwide totaling 4.7 million square feet, including 1.7 million square feet in North Carolina. The firm also has regional offices in Michigan and Nevada.
