"After the careful consideration of numerous market opportunities, TranSystems decided to renew its lease at the SoNo Corporate Center due to a number factors," says Cahill, in a statement. "Location, pricing and a long-standing relationship with the building landlord all played a major role in the company's decision."
The owner is offering a rehabilitation of the space, which will take place over roughly three months. In the meantime, TranSystems is being provided with swing space during the rehab, according to Cahill. "The landlords were very accommodating," he explains.
