KTGY's David Senden, principal and the lead designer of theproject, describes the 1818 Platinum Triangle complex as apodium-style, five-story building with subterranean parkingfeaturing units of one and two bedrooms with one and two baths. Theunits range from 758 square feet to 1,328 square feet. Amenities atthe luxury complex include a rooftop lounge with a resort-styleheated pool, cabanas, outdoor kitchens, a grilling area, dininglanais, a clubhouse with a media lounge and multimedia gaming room,a private screening room, a catering kitchen, a conference room, afitness center and other features.

Senden says that the 1818 Platinum Triangle development "setsthe stage for what is to come" at the Platinum Triangle, where amass transit intermodal station known as Artic is also beingplanned, with KTGY involved in the design and planning. AnaheimCity officials are planning the $150 million first phase of Artic,which is an acronym for the Anaheim Regional TransportationIntermodal Center. Artic is planned for a 16-acre site near AngelStadium and the Honda Center that is owned by the City of Anaheimand the Orange County Transportation Authority.

The Platinum Triangle planning area, when fully developed, willinclude nearly 20,000 residential units, five million square feetof retail and 15 million square feet of office space.
