Monday Properties has launched a rehab of the building's public area at the same time. The $4.25-million project entails a two-story lobby reconfiguration of exterior and interior ground floor retail, complete elevator cab replacements, new lobby flooring, wood paneling and lighting. The renovations will also include improvements to the store configurations of Rosslyn Coffee and Deli and Le Petite Café.

BAE Systems was represented by Gene Sachs, Paul Ehrenreich and Lauren Hodgin of Cresa Partners. Monday Properties' John Wharton and Rob Bowman handled the negotiations internally. Monday Properties was not able to return a call to GlobeSt.com in time for publication.
