BAE will occupy the top three floors and the entire Plaza level in the building. In a separate but related move, the company has also inked a 18,000-square-foot lease with Monday Properties, expanding its space there. The company had originally inked a lease for 33,500 square feet at 1101 Wilson Blvd., to occupy space on the 20th and 21st floors. These deals also accommodate the company's migration from the former headquarters at 1525 Wilson Blvd.

Earlier this year, BAE Systems inked a renewal and expansion lease for 156,667 square feet in President's Park Three, an office building owned by Liberty Property Trust. BAE already maintained 142,646 square feet in the property; it expanded by an additional 14,021 square feet in order to build a data center. CresaPartners, which represented BAE in that transaction as well, was not available for comment in time for publication.
