The 91-room Holiday Inn is part of IHG's $1 billion brand relaunch program that it first announced in 2007. The program is meant to create a more contemporary brand image in order to increase quality and consistency for its hotels globally. The entire Holiday Inn collection, which includes 3,200 properties, will be completely relaunched by the completion of 2010. According to a release, "The program focuses on arrival and welcome services, guest room and guest bath comfort."

The Crowne Plaza Montreal Airport, at 6600 Cote De Liesse in Montreal, Quebec was formerly the Sheraton Four Points and now boasts 222 rooms and 30,000 square feet of meeting space. There are 300 Crowne Plaza hotels across 60 countries. The hotel is owned by 9002-7848 Quebec Inc. and is managed by RosDev Hotels Management.
