The company recently won an assignment from Trammell Crow Residential: the Alexan Cityview--a 544-unit class A apartment property currently under construction in Bayonne, NJ. Kettler Management will provide management, marketing and maintenance services, including leasing, marketing and operations.
"With this expansion, Kettler is no longer exclusively a Washington, DC-area real estate company," Cindy Clare, CPM, president of Kettler Management, says in a prepared statement. Kettler did not return a call to GlobeSt.com in time for publication.
Projects still under development by Kettler include Millennium at Metropolitan Park project--a 300-unit, high-rise luxury building in Pentagon City that is part of a multi-phase project in which the company plans to erect eight apartment buildings encompassing 3,200 units.
