A supplier of general merchandise and 99-cent items to retailers in the tri-state area, Riteway is relocating and expanding its warehouse space from its current location at 5911 56th Ave., also in Maspeth. KDA's Linda Wong represented RiteWay, while colleagues Jacques Wadler and Vincent Lopez represented the landlord, Lyric Lighting LTD. A KDA spokeswoman tells GlobeSt.com that Lyric is no longer in business.
The property at 48-25B Metropolitan is located near the Long Island Expressway, the Brooklyn Queens Expressway and the Williamsburg Bridge. It was built in 1949.
