Key transactions include Georgia Eye Partners, which extended the term on its 8,118-square-foot lease; St. Joseph's Hospital, which signed a new lease for 7,368 square feet; and Atlanta Radiology, which renewed and expanded its lease to 4,117 square feet. Larry Jarema, BremnerDuke vice president, represented the building's ownership in lease negotiations.

He adds that creating a campus environment at the buildings has allowed the landlord retain existing tenants while attracting new ones.
Center Pointe is located at 1100 Johnson Ferry Road, near Georgia 400 and Interstate 285. BremnerDuke is a division of Duke Realty Corp.
