Tampa, FL-based Chadwell Supply is a family owned business providing maintenance services to the multifamily housing market. The company also operates a flooring division offering next-day installation to multifamily and other commercial sectors.
IDI and JPMorgan have jointly owned Woodlands 200 for the past three years. The 127,680-square-foot building at 8110 Troon Circle opened in 2001 and is now two-thirds leased, according to the landlord.
IDI specializes in warehouse, distribution and light-manufacturing facilities, also offering investment, property management and leasing services. The privately held company has developed more than 125 million square feet valued at $5.6 billion throughout North America.
