Virgin Mobile, a provider of wireless calling services and equipment, is currently occupying the building under a sublease. This newly signed contract extends it occupancy to 2016. The class A office building is now fully occupied. Marc A. Rosenberg of Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey negotiated on behalf of the tenant.
In recent weeks, Mack-Cali has cemented a number of leasing transactions. Last month, it filled more than 90,000 square feet at several of its properties around the state. One of those deals was for 160,000 square feet at two of its buildings in Woodcliff Lake. The lessee was Eisai Medical Research Inc., a health research company.
