For the past three years Mixer has sat on the board of directors of Colliers Parrish International, a Colliers franchisee with 11 stores in the San Francisco Bay area, Las Vegas and Reno. He is chairman of CIPP's Strategic Committee, where he has been active in guiding the company's growth and maintaining its dominance in the Western U.S.In 2004, Mixer co-founded Colliers Mixed-Use division, which was recently reformed as the Resort & Gaming Group. In the past two years, the group closed $1.2 billion in transactions for the likes of MGM Mirage, The Related Companies, American Nevada Corp., Wynn Resorts and Morgans Hotel Group. Last year, Mixer was recognized by Colliers for closing the largest land sale in the US in 2008.
